Easy Chocolate Cupcake!! (Egg)

 Ingredients-  

Curd                                                          1 cup
Flour                                                          1 and a 1/2 cup
Cocoa Powder                                           1/2 cup
Eggs                                                            2
Powdered Sugar                                         1 and a 1/2 cup
Soda Bicarb                                                1 and a 1/2 tsp
Melted Butter                                              185 grams
Vanilla Essence                                            1 tsp

Method- 

1) Sift all the dry ingredient together.
2) Add 1/2 cup curd. Then add the butter and beat for 2 minutes.
3) Add the rest of the curd and the eggs (beaten) for 2 minutes.
4) Add vanilla essence and bake at 180 degree centigrade for 30 minutes.

NOTE-

• You can make this as a whole cake also.
